The month of January I taught a History of Ballet class to the homeschool kids. It's amazing to me how they had never even heard of ballet until I taught them. I taught them the positions and stretches and some of the main steps. I showed them movies of dancing and they were amazed. I showed them some of the most famous ballets including Nuttcracker. The last class we made little stages and puppets from the Nutcracker. They all had a great time. I really enjoyed teaching them about something I love so much.
