Chiang Mai Ballet

Tyson bought me 2 tickets to the Chiang Mai ballet. My neighbor Pam went with me. We had wonderful seats 2nd row in the balcony. It was wonderful and a truly fun experience.

Hope House Water Day fun and games

The school year ends in March here. For the summer the kids go home to their villages to see their families for a few weeks. Before they were leaving we had a fun water day. The staff organized games and relay races for the kids. They had 4 teams and the entire day was spent playing and having fun. After the relay games we played water games. It was so hot out that it was the perfect day for it. What a fun way to celebrate the end of the year!

These bugs are like sakadas (not sure how to spell that). Mr. Pratan caught one and Sawyer was fascinated. They make this strange buzz/hmmm sound that is so loud.
