Songkran (Thailand New Year)
The Thailand New Year is in April. Every year there is a HUGE celebration that they refer to as Songkran. It's basically a national water fight. Everyone gets geared up with water guns, hoses, buckets and buckets of water. There is a moat around the old city that is still filled with water and everyone drives around the circle soaking each other. It's really a blast!
