Meeting Virginia

My dear old friend Katie was in town this last weekend. We met for lunch one afternoon and our kids had a chance to meet. Little Virginia is such a sweet baby, she and Sawyer hit it off. :-) It was fun being with Katie and getting caught up. I can't believe we are both moms now. It seems like yesterday we were 10 years old begging our moms to let us ride our bikes to Walmart. :-)

Cinco de Sawyer

Today my baby is FIVE months!!! Where does the time go?? He is looking so big these days. Last night Tyson and I went in his room to check on him before we went to bed. He was laying all stretched out and we both couldn't believe how big he is looking. This week he ate his first food...Rice cereal. He didn't love the taste (there isn't much taste to it) but once he got going he was loving it. I am loving it because now he is sleeping more at night. :-)

His latest obsession is his big toe. He loves grabbing his feet and chewing his big toe. Whenever he is on his back he is grabbing at his feet. :-)

His hair is growing out and is coming in blonde. He lost his hair on the sides but he never lost his hair on top. It just continues to grow out. His side hair is so light you can hardly see it so from a distance he looks like he has a bad toupee'. Soon I'm going to have to cut it but I can't bring myself to it yet.

Tonight we are making Mexican food at my parents for Cinco de Mayo and Sawyer's five month bday. I am enjoying the internet time. (we still have no internet at home) :-) I hope you are all blessed!!
